I especially liked one of Geralt's non-chalant responses of, "Ok, I'm going to kill you now" when deciding what to do with the Allgod. I decided to threaten him and make him accept whatever.

I usually spare him but rat him out to the peasants. That actually plays out really bad . If you go back you will see bones of dead people there and the entrance sealed off . So maybe people went down there to kill him but got killed themselves and then others blocked the entrance and starved it to death. Oh shucks.
